when are your workshops?

• discover workshops are held monthly, on the first sunday of every month, and are open for individual bookings. session dates are released in advance and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• discover sessions require a minimum of 6 participants to be confirmed. should the minimum number of participants not be met, we will notify all participants at least 5 working days before the workshop. participants may opt to join a subsequent session, or request a full refund if the alternative dates are unsuitable.

terms & conditions

1. booking & confirmation
   all workshops must be booked at least 3 days in advance of the intended date. full payment is required to secure the booking. bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
2. venue (for “we host” workshops)
   workshop venues are subject to availability and may vary depending on scheduling and operational requirements. while we primarily collaborate with Climahaus @ Farm World, specific venue allocation is not guaranteed. final venue details will be communicated before booking.
3. cancellation & refund policy
   cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. cancellations made within 5 working days of the workshop date will incur a forfeiture of the full deposit.
   
4. changes & rescheduling
   requests to reschedule must be made at least 5 working days in advance, and are subject to availability. we reserve the right to treat last-minute rescheduling requests as cancellations.
   
5. safety & liability
   participants are responsible for informing the organiser of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the workshop.  we are not liable for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or improper use of products after the session.
6. photography & marketing 
   photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for documentation and marketing purposes.
7. force majeure
   we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. venue issues, weather, public restrictions). 
   in such cases, alternative dates or refunds will be offered where applicable.
