when are your workshops?

• public session are open on the first sunday of every month, unless it falls on a public holiday, which then it will shift to the second sunday of the month
• private workshops are open for booking every monday, wednesday, friday, sunday and public holidays. do check for availability prior to booking.

terms & conditions

1. booking & confirmation

all workshops must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the intended date. a deposit of 20% of the total fee or $300 (whichever is higher) is required to secure the booking. bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

2. venue (for “we host” workshops)

workshop venues are subject to availability and may vary depending on scheduling and operational requirements. while we primarily collaborate with Climahaus @ Farm World, specific venue allocation is not guaranteed. final venue details will be communicated before booking.

3. cancellation & refund policy

cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. cancellations made within 5 working days of the workshop date will incur a forfeiture of the full deposit.

4. payment terms

the remaining balance is payable within 30 days from date of workshop (Net30), unless otherwise agreed,

5. changes & rescheduling

requests to reschedule must be made at least 5 working days in advance, and are subject to availability. we reserve the right to treat last-minute rescheduling requests as cancellations.

6. minimum & final attendance

final confirmed participant count must be provided at least 5 days before the workshop. charges will be based on the higher of the confirmed participant count or the actual turnout on the day, regardless of attendance

7. safety & liability

participants are responsible for informing the organiser of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the workshop. we are not liable for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or improper use of products after the session.

8. Photography & Marketing

photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for documentation and marketing purposes.

9. force majeure

we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. venue issues, weather, public restrictions).
in such cases, alternative dates or refunds will be offered where applicable.
